By using Tapical, you agree to use the service lawfully and follow these terms. Questions can be sent to support@tapical.us.
The current service
Tapical currently provides information about NFC products and account functionality. Product checkout, billing, subscriptions, and device activation are not available in this release. A Coming Soon label is not an offer to sell or a delivery promise.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep access to your email and sign-in provider secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tapical to distribute malware, impersonate others, collect information deceptively, infringe rights, or link to unlawful content. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse or protect the service.
Links and compatibility
Third-party destinations are controlled by their respective operators. NFC reading depends on a compatible device and its settings. We do not guarantee that every phone, destination, or third-party service will remain compatible.
Availability and changes
We may update or discontinue features as the service develops. We aim to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
